Um grande Dia em Lubbock, Texas

Foi um dia espetacular neste grande estado de Texas. Começou com a exibição do Karl na banda de escola numa competição inter escola. E depois no fim do dia foi o baptismo da Kathy no lago. Apesar da previsão de chuva Deus abriu as nuvens e fez brilhar o sol durante o baptismo. Que tal? Dou graças a Deus pelos meus filhos que são grandes bençãos para a Amy e eu. Deus é muito bom!

Rain Rain Go Away!!

Here is an extraordinary day in Lubbock that was marked down in history. Lubbock hasn't gotten this much rainfall since like 1980s. We got a little over 9 inches of rain in one afternoon and schools were shut down the next day even because it was impossible to drive through the lake that Lubbock was turned into. And this video wasn't the worst of it. All the grass that you can still see was covered up when the rain finally stopped. We didn't have any sidewalk either. I wouldn't have loved to go out to the new lake we got in our front yard and just play and sing in the rain but i didn't have any rain boots or anything so i didn't get to experience that. So have fun watching probably the most rain you have ever seen in your life!!!

Here is the video of all videos showing the fun (most of the fun) that me and ines had when she came to visit. i can't stop watching it. it makes me laugh everytime. i'm not finished yet with our videos though. we made one more video the night before i left keeping in mind that it was our last video of the year. so i have to make that one special. so stay tuned!!!! enjoy!!!!

loads of fun!!!

As you can all see, Ines and i are having just a little fun. we already have taken over maybe 100 pictures together. unfortunately i can't fit them all on here. and i had to leave some for ines to put on her blog. the pictures of the wild shoes are us being goofy trying on shoes at a shoe store and we picked out the most outrageous shoes and took these pictures. then we went to a clothes store and thought that it would be funny to do the same things with clothes. so we tried on different clothes and took pictures. unlucky for me though we didn't get to buy all of the cool clothes. more fun pictures coming!!!!
