This past week, i was at a church camp, Pine Springs. I had a great time. We were 7,800 feet up in the mountains. And i do have to say that i almost threw up all over my pillow leaving the mountains. on one side of me is a mountain and the other side is thousands of feet of nothing if you don't now already i am abnormally scared of heights. but other than the trip there and the trip back, i had a great time. it was a really nice camp. the showers wouldn't ever get cold which normally at any other camp it would be the opposite. the food i would have to say was the best part of the whole week. they have a chart that says when each cabin can raid the kitchen, and lucky for us, we got to raid the kitchen when they made the best homemade pizzas ever!!! it was pretty awesome. the weather wasn't bad at all. we had 2 thunderstorms and the rest of the week it sprinkled on us which felt very good. but the disappointing part was that we were in a part of the mountains where there were acres and acres of land where the trees had burned down from a forest fire. so, we couldn't really have a campfire at night which i didn't like because i would have to say that singing around the campfire with the youth group is my favorite part of camps. but we went to the fire pit anyways and put flashlights in it. these are pictures of my friends at camp. enjoy! ~kathy

Li o teu artigo e pelas fotos vi que te divertiste imenso. Deve ter sido uma boa experiencia, nas montanhas, com trovoada, umas pingas de chuva para refrescar, na companhia das tuas amigas,imagino que passaste uma boa semana de ferias.

Que fotos tão giras!! Parece bem divertido o que foste fazer, tiveste alguma aventura como ver um urso ou escorpiões ou cobras?? Que arrepiante, mas deve ser engraçado.

sounds like a lot of fun! I miss camps. 7800 feet is high! Only in America. We didn't have that at Monsanto or Melides.
