Desafio

Olá a todos. Obrigado por verem o nosso video. São momentos engraçados que por vezes temos e resolvemos gravar este com ajuda da Amy. Vai aqui o nosso desafio, conseguem fazer o mesmo? Levou-me 15 minutos para conseguir. A Kathy é uma boa professora o aluno é que ja é velho para aprender novos truques.

Pine Springs

This past week, i was at a church camp, Pine Springs. I had a great time. We were 7,800 feet up in the mountains. And i do have to say that i almost threw up all over my pillow leaving the mountains. on one side of me is a mountain and the other side is thousands of feet of nothing if you don't now already i am abnormally scared of heights. but other than the trip there and the trip back, i had a great time. it was a really nice camp. the showers wouldn't ever get cold which normally at any other camp it would be the opposite. the food i would have to say was the best part of the whole week. they have a chart that says when each cabin can raid the kitchen, and lucky for us, we got to raid the kitchen when they made the best homemade pizzas ever!!! it was pretty awesome. the weather wasn't bad at all. we had 2 thunderstorms and the rest of the week it sprinkled on us which felt very good. but the disappointing part was that we were in a part of the mountains where there were acres and acres of land where the trees had burned down from a forest fire. so, we couldn't really have a campfire at night which i didn't like because i would have to say that singing around the campfire with the youth group is my favorite part of camps. but we went to the fire pit anyways and put flashlights in it. these are pictures of my friends at camp. enjoy!

Buffalo Springs Lake

I'm behind because we went to Buffalo Springs Lake on Memorial Day but that's ok. We spent two days there and camped in our camper. the first night we swam in the lake, i have no idea what we were thinking because it was FAREEZAZING cold!!!!!! the next day, (memorial day) we were at the lake the whole day and as you can tell we got pretty burned. I have to say though i don't care if my skin burned off, (ok maybe i would) i had the funnest time and i have a feeling that this summer this lake is going to be our second home.

Como os anos passam! Não é fácil ver os anos a passarem com tanta rapidez mas ao mesmo tempo trás muita alegria ver como Deus tem nos abençoado em cada dia. Hoje celebramos o 15 aniversário da Kathy e devo dizer que ainda não acredito que ela tenha agora 15 anos. São tantos não são? Tantas memórias...
mas como as palavras não são o meu forte ficam aqui as palavras de uma mãe sobre todos os seus filhos... cinco filhos. O mesmo sentimento de todos os meus filhos mas hoje dedicados a uma filha em especial e muito especial... Kathty Hart Nunes

Daddies and Daughters

I was listening to this song one day and really got me thinking. I need to make a slide show about this song with our family. And since recently my dad taught me how to make a slide show with music, I was totally for it. I've been going slide show crazy. I have done like 5 of them already! I finished it in like 10 minutes, I was so excited. The more times I watch it, the more it makes me appreciate all the times I have with my dad and I'm sure everyone else does too. Even though we don't always have the most pleasant and perfect times, every time I watch this video, I need to remember that not everyone has a dad and that I am very lucky even though sometimes I may not feel that way. So I made this slide show for the daddies and daughters in our family. I hope you like it!!! -kathy
